Helen provides workshops, talks and demonstrations for those interested in learning more about using herbs. These workshops range from cooking to using herbs in festive wreath making. Helen grows a large range of herbs to fragrance your garden and flavour your cooking. Herbs can be used for many purposes and are popular in wildlife gardens, for weddings, in cooking, in cocktails, for symbolic reasons and the list goes on.

I provide workshops throughout Cumbria in village halls, cafes,barns, hotels,schools and sometimes in residential settings. I can provide wreath making workshops across all seasons, starting at Valentines day, Spring, easter, summer, autumn, halloween, and the very popular festive wreath making. they are pre-bookable and listed on my website. I can also provide cookery demonstrations, and workshops. These are usually focussed on learning more about herbs. I grow and retail herb plants at local farmers markets and through my webshop. I can provide help and guidance when planning a herb garden. I give talks for garden clubs and flower clubs throughout the north west of England.

I am also Chair of Egremont Farmers, Craft and Fairtrade Market.
This is an indoor food and craft market held in the Historic Market town of Egremont 14 times throughout the year on the third Friday of each month (and first fridays in Nov and Dec). We are self funded and run by local volunteers with passion and committment! We are on Facebook @Egremont farmers craft and fair trade market and Instagram @Egremontfarmersfairtradecrafts We have excellent footfall and are an indoor venue. 9.30-12.30pm We provide a subsidised buses from the south of our area covering Millom, Silecroft, Ravenglass, Bootle, Holmrook, Seascale, Gosforth. We are popular with visitors and locals and provide a good opportunity for tourists to sample our local foodsfrom a range of upto 30 traders from around the Cumberland region.
